today morning so angry with rachel. every morning like to make us angry, do things slowly and always need me to tell her what to do even simple things like wear shoes, socks, pack bag, take wallet, etc.

then always told her when eating, do not walk about or do other things, she always don't listen. yesterday when she eating bread, dropped her bread because she itchy hand, touch this and that and dropped her bread on the floor.

then she like to argue these days, even made my dear angry.

but no matter how angry i was with her, i still love her. hope she understand what i am doing is for her own good.

today manager announced company new plans, it's not quite a good news except for the 5-10% pay rise and at least a 3 months bonus if company earns money. all permanent staffs will be converted to contractor workers which is definitely not a great news. then we will be given the choice to sign the contract, stay with the company or leave the company.

then manager did an appraisal on all of us before we left home today but apparently, i did not fare well for the appraisal. he expected me to be better than what i am now because i been with the company for quite some time. actually nicholas always told me to learn more, i guess i should have listen to him. no use crying over spilled milk, just have to make extra effort to learn more and hopefully can change his view of me.

haiz... today got scolding from manager and told me to BUCK UP. some might think it's quite common but i just dun feel good after being scolded. it's not totally my fault so i just cannot accept the fact. somehow, i think he do not trust me as much now, so i guess i got to be extreme good and proactive these few weeks just to gain back his trust.
