recently my colleague left our company with just ONE day's notice. no names must be mentioned to protect the innocents but he is no innocent guy and his name is robin.

this guy is a capable man and manager always compared me with him. i am always forcing myself to be better so that one fine day, manager can praise me in front of everyone. although it's good that he left, but office now is in a mess as really short of manpower. i think company is getting at least another person but i do not see the urgency in the management side. so meanwhile, it's hell for me.

i am drawing less than $3000 but the following are my roles:
1. Operations Programmer
2. Administrative Support
3. Auditor
4. IT Support
5. Despatch

hope for a better tomorrow... now back to hell...
